Welcome to PhotoEditor. By downloading, installing, or using this app, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all terms of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Service Description
PhotoEditor is a photo editing and processing tool that provides:
- Photo editing (filters, crop, draw, stickers, text, mosaic, signature, etc.)
- Watermark Camera (multiple watermark templates, GPS location)
- Smart Cutout (person/animal/object extraction)
- Text Extract (OCR recognition)
- Utility tools (long image, compress, format convert, ID photo, QR code, GIF maker, etc.)
User Conduct
When using this app, you agree to:
- Not use the app to process, generate, or distribute illegal or prohibited content;
- Not use the app to infringe upon the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or other legal rights of others;
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the app;
- Not use the app for any activity that may harm the interests of others.
Intellectual Property
All content in this app, including but not limited to interface design, icons, sticker assets, code, and documentation, is protected by copyright law. You retain ownership of images you edit using the app.
Subscriptions
- Certain premium features require an active subscription;
- Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms;
- Subscriptions automatically renew within 24 hours before the current period ends unless cancelled beforehand;
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions;
- After cancellation, premium features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
Disclaimer
- This app is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose;
- Processed results may be inaccurate; users should evaluate suitability independently;
- We are not liable for service interruptions caused by network conditions, device compatibility, or force majeure;
- We recommend regularly backing up important files, as we are not responsible for data loss resulting from app usage.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may seek resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction.
